You can also always choose to pick up your order from us at the Philips Museum during opening hours. (Emmasingel 31 in Eindhoven). Please make a collection appointment via dv-museum@philips.com within 1 week after ordering.
Special Directions for International Shipping:
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and other charges may apply, which are not included in the stated total price.

RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered via our webshop, you can return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us by email to dv-museum@philips.com.

The item may be returned to the following address:

The return costs of the package are for the account of the customer.

As soon as we have received the return package, we will transfer the amount back to your account as soon as possible. This can take several working days.
